At Nina Landscapes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your items, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines to ensure you are aware of the steps you need to take.

1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us via email at [email protected] to request a return or exchange. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • We will guide you through the return process and provide the return address if applicable.
  • The item(s) must be returned in the same condition they were received, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of your product.

2. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund. As our website operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment system, refunds will be issued through the same method:

  • Refund via bank transfer: If applicable, we will initiate a refund to your designated bank account or other payment method you may have provided during the order process.
  • Refund processing time: Refunds may take up to 7-14 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on the method of refund and your bank’s processing times.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Provide clear photographs of the damage or defect and your order number. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund.

In cases where the product is damaged during shipping, we will fully cover the return shipping costs. If the product is found to be defective, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Items that are missing parts or accessories.
  • Any products purchased as a final sale.

5. Cancellations

Since we process orders quickly, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the items may have already been shipped, and returns or exchanges will be the only option.
